We Integrate Mindfulness into all our activities
Mindfulness is a mental and emotional practice, and mor —it involves being fully present with the appropriate attention and concentration. This way, we reduce stress levels, lower cortisol in the blood, and elevate our awareness without judgment. In this state, we achieve unprecedented levels of mental clarity.
The main techniques we use include: various types of meditation and breathing exercises. We introduce nature with a herd of semi free horses whenever possible.
Why It Works: Our brain integrates information much faster and more effectively when we process it in voxels, the cubic unit that forms a 3D object. When we are actively involved in the situation, we move to 4D. In contrast, pixels work in 2D (for example, being in a classroom), which makes the mind lose attention and concentration easily. This is one of the main reasons for academic failure.
Our own specific Mindfulness programs for beginners and advanced levels
For groups and teams. The accredited program is called REBAP in Spanish, which stands for Reducción del Estrés Básico en Atención Plena, and MBSR in English, which stands for Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. This program lasts eight weeks, with weekly sessions of two and a half hours. We adapt it to each situation based on the needs of each group or team.
