New Manager Training Programs
With this program, we support newly promoted team managers in becoming true team leaders, teaching them essential skills such as self management, communication, influence, and team development. Young talent development programs
We accompany and adapt programs for the development of young talent, being very aware of the new leadership expectations and values brought by these new generations. We train young talent in skills that foster their social abilities so they can become future senior leaders capable of inspiring and managing change constantly with empathy and a clear vision. In this case, we also propose a Reverse Mentoring Program where young talent mentors more senior talent to share knowledge and empower their leadership in the present.
