Cross mentoring

Two people with different sets of skills, knowledge, or experiences partner up to learn from each other. Both act as mentors and mentees simultaneously, sharing knowledge, experiences, and advice in their respective areas. This can be especially valuable in work environments or situations where mutual learning and development are encouraged. The key to successful cross mentoring is mutual collaboration and the constructive exchange of knowledge and experiences.

Female mentoring

This type of mentoring aims to provide support, guidance, and advice to women in the workplace, business, or professional fields. The goal is to help women advance in their careers, overcome barriers and challenges, and achieve their objectives. Senior female leaders mentor junior women on their professional development journey.

Reverse mentoring

Promotes generational diversity and knowledge exchange. It involves pairing younger professionals with more senior ones within the company so that the younger individuals act as mentors to the more senior ones. This program is key for sharing digital knowledge, promoting diversity, and boosting millennial talent.

Expert mentoring

This program focuses on supporting individuals who are part of a “talent pool” of experts, as they possess very specific and in-depth technical knowledge. These are the so-called “key experts.” More senior experts mentor junior ones who are in the process of consolidating their skills, helping them develop the technical and social competencies necessary to advance in their careers, both within and outside the company.
