For what purpose do we process your personal data?

At linkbig® we process the information you provide us with the main purpose of being able to provide the professional services offered by the Data Controller; as well as the management of the activity itself and its commercial promotion.
The main purposes for which we may process your data – which can be reviewed in the Processing Activities Register attached to this Policy -, whether to comply with legal obligations, legitimate interests or based on your consent, are the management of data relating to:

  • The execution, management and administration of the services that linkbig® offers to its clients.
  • Sending information of commercial interest, promotions, offers, proposals, and especially the services that linkbig® makes available to people.
  • The management and organization of activities, carrying out workshops and informative or training sessions.
  • Management of candidacies that may be received to fill any vacancies, either by request or by self-sponsorship, regardless of the link that may arise with the company.
  • Management of users who access the company’s website(s) as well as profiles in the digital environment; as well as comments, demands, queries or to respond to questions raised in the contact forms.

How long will we keep your data?

Segons la normativa de protecció de dades, les dades personals es conservaran fins que siguin necessàries per la finalitat del tractament i posteriorment es conservaran degudament bloquejades  mentre siguin necessàries, a disposició exclusiva de les Autoritats i/o les Administracions Públiques competents, per poder atendre possibles responsabilitats nascudes del tractament fins finalitzar els terminis de prescripcions legals establerts en la normativa vigent. What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

Who are the recipients of your data?

The data will be transferred to third parties when:

  • it is necessary to comply with legal obligations;
  • it is done in compliance with a legal obligation;
  • it is done in the legitimate and weighted interest of the Controller;
  • it is done to suppliers and collaborators and is necessary for the provision of the service(s) executed; the management of the digital environment of the activity, and/or for the correct technical or administrative management of the same or of the Controller.

International Data Transfers

As we have indicated, we will only share personal data with third parties when we are legally permitted to do so; and basically they are for the administrative management of the Controller, the execution of the contracted or commissioned service and/or to manage our presence in the digital environment. When we share data with these third parties we are committed to protecting the data and complying with our standards of data protection, confidentiality and security.

However, some of these third parties may be located in other countries, so personal data may be transferred outside the country where we and our customers are located.

Our main objective is that all data is collected, processed and stored within the European Economic Area or in countries with a level of data protection equivalent to the level in the European Union.

However, as multinational companies, our servers or data storage may be located in countries outside the European Union or in countries that do not have laws that provide specific protection for personal data. We have taken steps to ensure that all personal data is adequately protected and that all transfers of personal data outside the EU are made lawfully. The servers that power and facilitate this cloud infrastructure are located in secure data centers around the world, and personal data may be stored in any; although our intention is that those located in the European Economic Area or countries with an equivalent level are used.

These third parties do not, a priori, have the need to access your personal data; but if they do so – for example, for maintenance tasks, updating, resolving incidents or errors, etc. – they will do so by accessing the minimum possible, in accordance with our instructions, for the purposes established in this Privacy Policy and always in accordance with the regulatory regulations on data protection that we must comply with. 1. CANDIDATES

Your data is processed by linkbig® as the data controller.

The purpose of processing your curriculum data is to carry out personnel selection processes when a vacancy exists.

The lawfulness of the processing is based on article 6.1.a) of the GDPR: the interested party gave their consent for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.

The Curriculum vitae will be kept for a maximum period of one year once the vacancy has been closed and filled, provided that the applicant has not revoked the consent granted. However, it may be kept for an indefinite period, or another explicitly indicated, in the event that the interested party has given their prior consent.

Your data will not be transferred or communicated to third parties, except if it is necessary for the technical and/or administrative management of the Responsible Party or there is a legal obligation.

2. SUPPLIERS

The personal data of the signatory of the contract, as well as of the persons who participate or are in contact on the occasion of the provision of the service will be processed by linkbig®, as Data Controller.

The lawfulness of the processing is based on article 6.1.a) of the GDPR: the interested party gave their consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes; as well as on art. 6.1.b) of the GDPR: the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract to which the interested party is a party or for the application at the request of the latter of pre-contractual measures; and on art.6.1.f) of the GDPR: the processing is necessary for the satisfaction of legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller;.

The purpose of the processing is to maintain the contractual relationship, in the economic and technical aspects derived, as well as the development and control of the contracted service(s) and, where appropriate, the transmission of information on incidents related to them.

3. EMAIL

The personal data that we process as a result of the receipt and/or exchange of emails will be processed for the purpose of attending to and responding to your request for information or consultation, to maintain commercial or professional contacts and relationships that arise as a result of this, or to maintain, where appropriate, a contractual relationship.

In the case of filling out a form prepared through the tools provided by Google, we inform you that it involves an international transfer of data to Google LLC for the provision of the Service. The personal data that we process as a result of the receipt and/or exchange of messages mainly through the WhatsApp application – although other instant messaging apps can be used, such as Telegram for example – will be processed for the purpose of attending to and responding to your request for information or consultation, to maintain commercial or professional contacts and relationships that arise as a result of this, or for the maintenance, where applicable, of a contractual relationship. 7. CONTACT OR INQUIRIES AND POTENTIAL COSTUMERS

The purpose of processing your data provided is to manage requests that individuals transmit to the Controller to request information or other general questions.

These data will be kept for a maximum period of one year once the questions raised have been answered or clarified and/or since the last communication made by the user.

The purpose of processing your data is: I) to manage and execute the contracted services; II) to manage and carry out the administrative procedures and actions requested by the client and/or by the legitimate administrative body that requests it; III) to send physical, electronic and/or instant messaging communications related to the activities of the Controller and/or organizations collaborating with the activities of the Controller or that develop related topics of interest; IV) to carry out satisfaction and quality surveys of the services offered by the Controller; V) to meet the legal obligations that require it; VI) to manage complaints, requests, suggestions and initiatives from people, customers or not.

The lawfulness of the processing is based on article 6.1.a) of the RGPD: the interested party gave their consent for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes; as well as in art. 6.1.b) of the GDPR: the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract to which the interested party is a party or for the application at the request of the latter of pre-contractual measures; in art.6.1.f) of the GDPR: the processing is necessary for the satisfaction of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller and in article 6.1.c) of the GDPR: the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation applicable to the Controller. The data will be stored for one year following the end of the procedure for exercising rights and, where applicable, once the resolution issued by the competent Control Authorities has become final; for the legally established period and/or for the period in which any type of liability may arise.

Your data is processed by linkbig® as the data controller.

The purpose of processing your data is I) to manage the relationship with users; II) to facilitate navigation through the contents of the website; III) to manage the services and/or requests that individuals transmit to the organization to request information or other general questions through it; and IV) to manage the publication of comments made by users – whether or not to interact with other users – in the publications that appear on the website and/or blog.

The lawfulness of the processing is based on article 6.1.a) of the GDPR: the interested party gave their consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes; as well as in art. 6.1.b) of the GDPR: the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the interested party is a party or for the application at the request of the interested party of pre-contractual measures and in art.6.1.f) of the GDPR: the processing is necessary for the satisfaction of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller.

Specifically, and with regard to the publication of comments on the website or blog, the user must know that these may be previously moderated always under the legally established principles and/or to verify that no one’s honor, integrity or reputation is being attacked. Likewise, the publishing user must know that these comments – if published – may be visible to other people who can access the specific content. It is also possible that if you have logged in in some way to publish, your identifying data may be visible to other visitors, such as name, identifier, location, image, etc., depending on the way in which you have made said identification.

This data will be kept for a maximum period of one year once the questions raised have been answered or clarified and/or since the last communication made by the user. Likewise, and in relation to the comments published, these will be kept indefinitely unless the interested party exercises their right to object and/or delete them (provided that there is no legal obligation to preserve them or that some type of responsibility can be derived from that comment).

The purpose of processing your data is: I) to manage and maintain the employment relationship with the employee; II) to manage payroll; III) to manage the prevention of occupational risks; IV) to manage the training and professional retraining of workers.

The lawfulness of the processing is based on article 6.1.b) of the GDPR: the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract to which the interested party is a party or for the application at the request of the latter of pre-contractual measures and on art.6.1.f) of the GDPR: the processing is necessary for the satisfaction of legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller.

The data will be stored for as long as the employment relationship is maintained; for the legally established period and/or for the period in which any type of liability may arise.

The purposes of processing your personal data are to I) manage personal information relating to registration for activities carried out by the Data Controller; II) for sending physical, electronic and/or instant messaging communications related to the activities of the Data Controller and/or organizations collaborating with the Data Controller’s activities or that develop topics of interest related to the Data Controller’s activity; III) for the editing and dissemination of audiovisual material and documentary funds relating to certain events in which the registered person participates and subsequent dissemination through the website, social networks, media and/or publications; IV) carry out satisfaction and quality surveys of the services offered by the Data Controller; V) manage complaints, requests, suggestions and initiatives from people participating in the activities.

The data retention period will be in accordance with the binding period relating to the activity; during the legally established period and/or during the period in which any type of liability may arise. In the case of the audiovisual material obtained, it will be maintained until the request for opposition expressed by the interested party, without prejudice to the organization’s power to eliminate and/or update content at any time.

15. SOCIAL NETWORKS

linkbig® has different profiles on social networks to publicize its activities and interact with users. Users of these social networks who voluntarily decide to follow or be friends with linkbig®, express their consent to the processing of their personal data relating to their profile to interact on the social network. linkbig® does not collect data from social networks for purposes other than those mentioned.
