- Understand and define the team’s soul.
- Define a shared vision and systematic way of working.
- Improve communication among members.
- Enhance collaboration and team cohesion, generating team commitment.

Methodology
We follow the CTI Co-Active® model, which offers the gold standard in coaching training. The Co-Active® Model withstands scientific scrutiny and is consistent with positive psychology. We are also trained in the three main coaching approaches, which are:
- North American Coaching: a more pragmatic approach; key characteristics: motivation for action, boosting self-esteem, challenging, and provocative.
- European Coaching: a more humanistic approach; key characteristics: mastery of awareness, focus on beliefs and responsibility.
- Ontological Coaching: a more philosophical approach; key characteristics: mastery of the body, emotions, and language.
