Mindfulness is a form of mental training aimed at: improving attention and concentration, reducing stress, and handling challenges more effectively. Its effectiveness in enhancing mental, emotional, and physical health, as well as increasing focus, attention, and performance, has been widely supported by scientific studies.
It is designed for those who: Want to take their teams to the highest level of performance without sacrificing employee well-being. Seek to replace reacting with responding to challenges. Recognize that the human factor is the heart of the organization and are committed to competitiveness, leadership, high-quality standards, and achieving goals in an organic way.

COURSE DETAILS

1 silent retreat of 8 hours in one weekend day.
During the 8+1 weeks, both theory on how the mind and body function and the practice of attention, concentration, meditation, relaxation, and conscious body movement exercises will be combined.
