Do you want to explore the connection between thought, emotion, body, and voice? And experience relaxation, concentration, movement, and uninhibition exercises to promote well-being in your life? With this program, you will flexibilize your Mental Map and confront the beliefs that have prevented you from moving forward in some aspects of your life. Learn to listen to your body and follow its impulses.
OBJECTIVES
- Body awareness: learn to listen to your body and follow its impulses.
- Relaxation, concentration, movement, and uninhibition exercises.
- Oral expression: the connection between thought, emotion, body, and voice.
- Flexibilizing the Mental Map: analyzing our belief system.
- Non-verbal language exercises, including pauses and silences.
- Group improvisations: emotional resources and management.

- Explore the right hemisphere: imagination and creativity.
- Transform personal resistance into positive mental attitudes.

- No prior experience in theater or dance is required; we will work on improvisation and free dance.
