Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
NLP is a methodology for explicitly tracing and mapping human experience in order to model, communicate effectively, and create change. We integrate NLP into various leadership and coaching support systems, personal growth, therapeutic contexts, and corporate training and development. In the educational field, it is a key tool for training effective communication and essential leadership skills for continuous transformation.

Programming: The behaviors that occur as a response to the learning we undergo through experience. Many of these have become automatic.
Neuro: The neurological processes involved when we experience the external world through our senses and the neuronal structure of those learnings. It is the first mental map resulting from neurological filtering.
Linguistics: The verbal and non-verbal structure that organizes thought and subjective experience. It is our second mental map formed through the assignment of language to the results of neurological processes.
