“There are as many realities as there are points of view” – Ortega y Gasset
Points of You® is a tool composed of different card decks – The Coaching Game®, Punctum®, Faces® and Flow® – that facilitate the opening of new perspectives regarding situations, people, and circumstances.
Becoming aware of new perspectives is the first requirement for personal, professional, and organizational development. The facilitation of this methodology offers a holistic and participatory approach to personal and professional growth, enabling individuals and teams to reach their full potential and face challenges with a renewed and creative perspective.
The Points of You® methodology combines images and questions to stimulate creative thinking, reflection, and personal growth. Using cards with images and words, participants are guided through an exploration process that helps them view a situation from multiple perspectives and discover new ideas and solutions.

The benefits of using Points of You® include:
- Improved communication and empathy
- Encouragement of creativity and innovation
- Strengthening of critical thinking and decision-making
- Development of leadership and teamwork skills
- Promotion of critical thinking: By analyzing images and words critically, participants enhance deep evaluation of situations and problems.
