Horses = emotion = movement = long-term learning = SoulWorking®

We lead our lives, our businesses, our environment, but is our leadership effective?

The most influential leaders are those who know themselves and apply emotional intelligence competencies in their daily work.

LEADERSHIP BEGINS WITHIN

Horses gently but uncompromisingly invite us to step out of our “comfort zone,” allowing us the possibility of change through experiencing life in a different way. They help us understand ourselves and develop our potential to lead our lives, our businesses, and our environment. Leadership starts within. By interacting with horses, we learn at a limbic level, which builds long-term memory, as they enable us to experience through emotion and movement.

In 2021, we became certified professionals in equine-assisted activities, using a methodology rooted in the European Association of Horse-Assisted Education (EAHAE), based in Germany. Their vision is to establish and develop this methodology as a form of personal and professional growth for businesses, organizations, institutions, societies, and personal purposes.

Why is this tool so powerful?

This methodology originates from the so-called “horse whisperers,” who discovered in their experience that often, when a horse had difficulties, addressing the rider’s or owner’s issues also improved the horse’s behavior.

The immediate and sensitive response that horses provide is what makes them so valuable for developing various skills and training programs.

Custom programs can be designed according to the specific needs of each company. A standard program would include key aspects such as leadership, communication, and teamwork. Following the experience with the horses, individual sessions can be added for all or some participants to further enhance the training.
