Ad-hoc Mentoring Programs: Cross Mentoring, Reverse Mentoring, Female Mentoring, Expert Mentoring
What is purely human is the creator of the authentic, true, and genuine fact—in a word, wisdom. It is the true guarantee of progress for both individuals and organizations.
We offer different types of mentoring programs:
- Cross Mentoring: Supporting and providing tools to both young talents and senior talent so that they can mentor each other.
- Reverse Mentoring: Guiding young talents to mentor senior talents within the organization.
- Female Mentoring: Supporting mentors and mentees through different group sessions so that mentors acquire key tools to help their mentees develop the necessary skills to lead in the near future. Additionally, we assist mentees in creating spaces for exchange and development, allowing them to share their concerns and needs throughout the process.
- Expert Mentoring: Helping key expert mentors within organizations exchange knowledge with young talent who may not yet be in senior positions but are expected to develop a high level of expertise. For these profiles, it is usually necessary to support the development of soft skills so they can fully realize their potential.
OBJECTIVES
