THERAPIES WE OFFER:
Each individual process sets its own goals based on the person’s needs. In general, a coaching process includes:
- Individual Therapy: One-on-one sessions to address issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, and other personal challenges. I help you discover your strengths and develop new skills to navigate life.
- Couples Therapy: Helping couples improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationship. We work together to understand and overcome the challenges affecting their partnership.
- Family Therapy: A space where families can work together to improve relationships and dynamics. We address issues such as communication, conflict resolution, and mutual support.
