We provide executive coaching 1-to-1, both online and on-site, and adapt the duration of the sessions based on the individual’s needs.

We also offer Shadow Coaching for executives, a key methodology for providing rapid feedback that generates high impact and development for leaders.

We offer sessions with horses.

If necessary, we have the capacity to include a more psychotherapeutic approach in each process.

Each individual process sets its own goals and duration based on the person’s needs. In general, a coaching process aims to:

  • Develop self-awareness and self-leadership.
  • Understand the meaning behind how you feel.
  • Train to regulate your emotions.
  • Learn to direct your mind and inner leadership.
  • Learn to make conscious decisions aligned with yourself.
  • Learn to listen to the language of your body, intuition, and inner truth.
  • Observe your thoughts, exploring your unconscious mind, where limiting beliefs (programs) are stored, causing reactive behavior.
  • Understand and make productive use of the emotion of fear to move toward what you desire. Recognizing that you are your own teacher.

Methodology

We follow the CTI Co-Active® model, which offers the gold standard in coaching training. The Co-Active® Model withstands scientific scrutiny and is consistent with positive psychology.

We are also trained in the three main coaching approaches:

  • North American Coaching: A more pragmatic approach. Key characteristics: action-oriented motivation, self-esteem encouragement, challenging, and provocative.
  • European Coaching: A more humanistic approach. Key characteristics: focus on awareness, beliefs, and responsibility.
  • Ontological Coaching: A more philosophical approach. Key characteristics: focus on the body, emotions, and language.
